I presenti scritti si inseriscono nell’implementazione del progetto «InMediate. International Mediators Trained in Europe» (Grant 2020-1-DE02-KA202- 007624), finanziato nel quadro dell’ERASMUS+ Programme (2014-2020)-KA2 Strategic Partnership for Vocational Education and Training.
The mission and goals are promoting cross-border mediation, improving cooperation and networking in the field, fostering high quality standards in the mediation training system, designing, implementing, delivering and validating a learning outcomes-oriented training curriculum.
Other goals of the project are assimilating online education resources in a single platform and making them available for free public use, dissemination of knowledge and learning materials, creating tools to replicate the InMEDIATE certification system and InMEDIATE training curriculum for International civil mediators with a InMEDIATE e-Platform and a toolkit for replicability of InMEDIATE certification system.
The expected outcomes are a toolkit for the replicability of InMEDIATE training course and its related certification system that provide as output: i) guidance for national and international organizations willing to adopt the training course model and methodology; ii) quality standards and procedures adopted to assess the final qualifications in terms of enhanced knowledge, competencies and skills gained by the participants on completion of the course; iii) methodological framework and practical tools for continuous professional development of VET teachers, trainers and mentors in the mediation field.
The final stage of the project involves a multiplier event (final conference – 2023, 2° March) aimed at showcasing and disseminating the project’s results among a wider audience.”
